We would like to share with you our  profile as Vietnamese Immigrants to Southern Alberta in the late 1970's. CTV asked us a few questions and profiled our journey to Canada as Vietnamese Boat People in the late 1970's.

We are fortunate to be here in Canada and the many opportunities that are offered to us. We hope our story will inspire you to have your story also put into discourse. Caramelized Garlic & Ginger Shrimp

So tired from the long work day- all we had in the fridge at home was a bag of shrimp. So I decided to look for garlic, ginger, sugar, Ponzu Soya sauce, and fresh cracked pepper!

Voila!

After we googled for a similar recipe since we were so hungry we didn't even take pictures but this is what it would look like ;)
